Etienne is the CEO of TCM Belgium. He is the Chairman of the TCM Group International (started as CEO in 2001). He was the chairman of the Belgian Collectors Association from 1999 to 2019. He served as the president of the International Unit of ACA, the American Collectors Association from 2003 to 2005. He is Master of Business Administration from UCL (Louvain School of Management – Belgium).
